David's commitment to excellence has earned him recognition, such as being named a Top 100 Innovator at the TMMX Awards 2021 and serving as a judge for the Smart Factory Manufacturing Excellence Awards in 2022. His contributions as an Industry 4.0 expert in panel discussions and visits to prestigious institutions like the House of Lords underscore his dedication to shaping the future of manufacturing.

As an Industry 4.0 Digital Transformation specialist, Michael brings technology leadership, project management expertise, and a passion for innovation. His cross-functional team leadership has generated impactful digital solutions that enhance operational efficiencies and drive business growth.

With a diverse background, Michael's proficiency in multidisciplinary technology projects is evident. His extensive consulting experience has facilitated the successful execution of digital business systems and solutions. As our Technical Director, he collaborates closely with technology providers, integrating the latest Industry 4.0 advancements.

Michael's experience at global companies like Mondelez International, Caterpillar, Jaguar Land Rover, and Meggitt Aerospace is complemented by his accreditation as an Executive Coach and certification in Digital Automation. Michael is also a Certified SIRI Assessor and Trainer.

Andrew Flower: Technology Director

Andrew has distinguished himself across a spectrum of specialties, including software development, product design, project management, and networking. He brings deep expertise in disaster recovery and business continuity, particularly in managing environments with terabyte-scale datasets.

Andrew's career is marked by a series of high-impact contributions. He played a pivotal role in the early expansion of Amazon.co.uk in the UK online market by developing bespoke software and automation tools. At Capita, Andrew led the creation and deployment of the NHS’s first SaaS benchmarking platform, a system he successfully maintained for over 12 years. In his work at Meggitt’s cutting-edge facility at Ansty Park, Andrew spearheaded the implementation of advanced technologies such as machine monitoring, real-time location tracking, and augmented reality remote assistance. This project, conducted in collaboration with Rolls-Royce, Airbus, BAE Systems, Nissan, GSK, Accenture, and GKN Aerospace as part of an Innovate UK initiative, exemplifies his ability to drive innovation in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Tom Novais: Senior Consultant

Kathryn Aitchison: Head of People and Development

As the Head of People & Development, Kathryn blends her experience and HR expertise, promoting innovation and a people-centric ethos. Her pragmatic leadership style translates ideas into actionable realities, whether it's shaping the people vision and strategy or crafting empowering HR initiatives for individual growth and organisational success. Louise Diamond: Head of Marketing

Richard Willerton: Head of Facilities Management

Meet Richard, a Senior Technical Engineering / Facilities Management professional with a wide range of experience managing diverse property portfolios and leading and directing engineering / facilities management services. Richard has led the development and delivery of structured, high value, capital investment projects. Working collaboratively across the property supply chain, Richard has delivered enhanced performance and safe working practices. An experienced health and safety champion, backed by a wide range of formal safety and technical qualifications, and working in engineering and property facilities management for Royal Mail.

Richard brings extensive experience of smart monitoring and reporting of critical BES assets, integration of electrical system monitoring utilising Micrologic control units, enhanced electronic circuit protection, comprehensive, integrated measurement, and preventive and predictive maintenance reporting. Richard has also delivered Automation and systems critical path analysis within complex critical buildings and introduced integrated conditional monitoring reporting systems to enhance fault identification and focused maintenance activities.
